Although my work is grounded in several theories, my approach and counseling style has evolved over the years into a therapeutic conversation, tailored to your needs and goals. I provide depth psychotherapy and practical solutions-focused counseling, a blend of cognitive behavioral, humanistic and psychoanalytically-oriented approachs. Particular emphasis is given to the nature of the relationship between myself and my client; a comfortable client-therapist match is the best predictor of a good outcome.
